Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. 24-Hour Refund & Cancellation Window

  • Strict Deadline: Refund or cancellation requests are only valid if initiated within **24 hours** of plan activation. After this 24-hour window, the subscription is considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Service Usage Deduction: If you utilize any part of our service—including diagnostic tests, nutritional consultations, or digital blueprints—within the initial 24 hours, the **full cost of the utilized service** (e.g., diagnostic test charges) will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Proprietary Content: Due to the digital nature of our "Diet Blueprints" and the immediate allocation of "Relationship Managers," all approved refunds within the 24-hour window may be subject to a nominal administrative processing fee.

B. Commitment to Execution

Better Ensure operates on a "System-Driven Success" model. Our fees are for the access to the platform, system architecture, and coaching time. Results are dependent on user compliance (Compliance Score). Beyond the initial 24-hour window, the commitment is mutual and final.

C. Subscription Cancellation

  • Notice Period: Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing; however, once the initial 24-hour activation window has passed, no pro-rated refunds, partial returns, or credits will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
  • Test Forfeiture: Upon cancellation, any unused diagnostic tests within the "Test Wallet" or rotational cycle are forfeited and cannot be encashed.

Better Ensure reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of these terms.
