Welcome to Better Ensure. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

A. Nature of Service

Better Ensure provides a non-medical "Health Execution System" (HES) focused on lifestyle management, habit tracking, and nutritional guidance.

• No Medical Advice: The services, including but not limited to the "Dynamic Diet Pivot" and "Condition Monitoring," do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Consultation Requirement: Users are strictly advised to consult with a licensed physician before starting any new health regimen. Better Ensure is not responsible for any adverse physiological reactions.

B. Subscription and Plans

• Plan Allocation: Services are provided based on the selected tier (Foundation, Progress, Total, Flex, or Elite Care).
• Diagnostic Credits: Diagnostic tests included in plans are rotational and subject to the specific schedule determined by the Better Ensure HES engine.
• Relationship Manager (RM): The RM acts as an execution coach, not a medical professional. Response times are subject to the priority levels defined in each plan.

C. User Obligations

• Data Accuracy: The effectiveness of the HES relies on the "Binary Habit Log." Users must provide honest and accurate daily data.
• Assumption of Risk: The user assumes all risks associated with lifestyle changes. Better Ensure is not liable for fluctuations in health metrics such as Blood Pressure or Blood Sugar.

D. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Ensure and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
